Trent Overholt Senior Consultant

His expertise includes sales growth strategy, sales leadership coaching and development, economic-value based selling skill development, contract negotiations, strategic planning, and go-to-market strategy.

Trent is passionate about creative deal-making and developing the business acumen of sales, marketing, and product development commercialization teams to be consistently effective in delivering value to their customers. 

He is an entrepreneur and successful founder of multiple companies, has consulted and advised on many turnarounds as an Operating Executive, and has worked in a variety of industries including but not limited to Waste & Recycling, Food & Beverage, Consulting, Manufacturing & Distribution, Design & Technology, etc. He has held positions ranging from SVP of Sales & Marketing to Chief Executive Officer leading change and growth along the way. 

Many of Trent’s past colleagues and clients would describe his leadership efforts in restructuring the sales divisions as “extremely impactful”. He is an “extraordinary strategist and communicator” and “is the near ideal C-suite member deftly balancing results, relationships, and processes.” 

He received his Bachelor of Science from UCLA in Mechanical Engineering and has used that problem-solving rigor to understand and solve customer's business challenges, to uncover opportunity and drive sales - which has always been his passion. Trent sits on the Board of Directors for 2 start-ups that he founded, and is the Chairman for a wholesale ingredients manufacturer in Santa Ana, CA. 

Trent is from Kansas, grew up working on the family farm, and now lives in Manhattan Beach, CA with his wife and three young kids.
