Steve’s philosophy is that everyone has the potential to grow and develop, and he encourages and challenges his participants to stretch out of their comfort zone and into their learning zone.
He has extensively worked with many organizations to lead monumental change in virtually every industry. He has worked with companies such as Apple, Comcast, DSM, E&Y, IBM, Marsh & McLellan, NetApp, Shell, SPX, Texas Instruments, and Union Pacific Railroad to name a few. Many would describe Steve as a Leader and Master Trainer who creates an engaging and relevant learning environment for clients through his unique blend of energy, insight, conviction and levity with strong business acumen and desire for genuine improvement.
Steve received his B.S from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Marketing. He is members of both the Screen Actor’s Guild and the American Federation of Television and Radio Arts. Coincidentally, Steve will leverage his background in acting when facilitating Executive Presence workshops.
When he is not traveling, you can find him at home in Ventura, California spending time with his wife, Alana, and his daughter, Ada, playing soccer and enjoying life at the beach.
