He is well respected and has worked with companies such as Dell Inc, Accenture, NASDAQ, FiServ, Shell Energy, and Comcast/NBC Universal. Rob is a longtime Keynote speaker and facilitator in continuing education seminars in the areas of business-to-business sales execution with a focus on collaborative client development, team effectiveness, and performance management. He is also licensed to speak to, and train based on Stephen Covey's The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Patrick Lencioni's The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. Rob is also a licensed practitioner for Lumina Learning, a global psychometric suite of development tools specializing in organizational transformation.
