Throughout his career, Larry has held senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President of U.S. Sales and Vice President of Global Accounts, leading organizations with revenues exceeding $1 billion annually. His experience spans Fortune 500 corporations and consulting environments, where he is recognized for integrating acquisitions, turning around underperforming business units, and balancing growth with disciplined resource management.

Larry’s leadership philosophy centers on clarity, accountability, and engagement. He is known for building high-performing teams through transparent communication, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a deep commitment to developing leaders at every level.

Currently, Larry serves as a senior facilitator and consulting partner, supporting organizations in developing executive leaders, managers, and sales professionals to drive measurable business impact.
